Astra Vastra is an Indian-based clothing brand specializing in high-quality football merchandise. All transactions and deliveries are limited to India.
Products & Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are final and inclusive of applicable taxes.
Payments are accepted through online methods only (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets).
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Astra Vastra reserves the right to update product prices or descriptions at any time without prior notice.
Orders & Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped via India Post.
Delivery typically takes up to 7 business days; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as holidays, strikes, or logistical issues.
Customers must provide accurate shipping information at checkout. Astra Vastra will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a customer realizes they have entered the wrong address, they must inform us immediately. While we will try to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee corrections after dispatch.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer refunds or order cancellations.
Exchanges are allowed only in the case of defective or damaged products.
Customers must notify Astra Vastra of any defective product within 48 hours of delivery, along with proof (such as photos).
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the product is out of stock, store credit may be issued.
